Primary Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality care and support
Ensuring the safe provision of services in accordance with company policies and procedures
Participating in training and professional development activities
Demonstrating understanding and vigilance regarding health, safety, and infection control in the field
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records and reporting systems
Upholding strict confidentiality standards

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in working with the elderly (Desirable)
Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team (Desirable)
Strong commitment to excellent customer service (Essential)
Capability to promote independence and work in a person-centered manner (Essential)
Exceptional communication skills (Essential)
Punctuality and excellent time-management skills (Essential)
Adaptability to change
